Job Description:

This role will focus on creating content primarily in video format for reels/TikTok, while also potentially involving creative design tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Create content mainly in video format for reels/TikTok
• Develop content based on insights and best practices relevant to the product and target audience
• Monitor the performance of content on a weekly/monthly basis

• Generating out-of-the-box ideas within the company’s guidelines
• Being communicative and collaborative with other stakeholders

About the Team:

The social media team is accountable for creating and engaging with consumers through organic channels. The team aims to garner engagement from users to generate new leads or orders for PHS. On a daily basis, the team strategizes on the message to convey to consumers at the right time and on the right platform. The team is granted autonomy to create content and devise plans as long as they fall within the company’s guidelines and are cost-effective.
