Job Description

My client is looking for a Creative Producer for a 12-month maternity leave cover. The company is an exciting, global market leader that has a very recognisable, fun, and vibrant brand. You will join their global business marketing team in Sydney and will lead a team of creative marketers in managing creative agency partnerships, content solutions, campaigns, events, and initiatives. You will work with team members to scale, develop, and localise go-to-market collateral on a global scale.

Requirements

This role requires someone with 6+ years of work experience, including design/creative project management experience, ideally in creative or integrated producer roles. Candidates should have a proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, maintaining organization, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, facilitation, and people skills are essential, along with experience in project tracking, creating consensus, and managing deadlines with a sense of urgency.

Additional Information

Candidates must have full work rights for the next 12 months. This role would suit someone who has experience in managing end-to-end creative projects in a busy agency or in-house environment. Immediate availability is preferred, but a notice period can be considered.
