Job Description:

LeadStack Inc. is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the integration and operationalization of machine learning models. The role involves collaborating with data scientists and leadership teams, requiring a strong foundation in MLOps methodologies. Experience in diverse ML platforms, such as Google Vertex AI, is essential to bridge MLOps, data science, and leadership, ensuring the smooth functioning of the ML infrastructure.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in MLOps with proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science methodologies. Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Google Cloud and Vertex AI, and adaptability to other technologies like Microsoft Azure or open-source tools. Excellent communication skills bridging technical and business domains are necessary. Hands-on experience in developing and leading multi-stage recommender system models is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists
• Act as a liaison between data science, MLOps, and leadership teams
• Develop and manage scalable MLOps pipelines
• Implement and manage Google Vertex AI’s AutoML
• Utilize Vertex AI Pipelines for streamlined operations
• Maintain expertise in ML technologies and platforms
• Work with various machine learning models
• Efficiently manage, share, and reuse machine learning features
• Implement feature stores as a central repository
• Assist with data labeling and management
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists
• Monitor ML models in production and identify improvement opportunities
• Stay updated with the latest trends in MLOps and ML technologies

Salary: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
