Job Description:

GuitaristGarrett Smith is seeking a metal guitarist to perform electric guitar over a band backing track and eventually a full band. The role also involves performing acoustic guitar at smaller duo shows, incorporating genres like country, Southern Rock, and classic rock into the setlist.

Requirements:

• Communication: No ghosting, responds in a timely manner.
• Agreeable: Zero drama.
• Reliable: Follows instructions, shows up on time.
• Able and willing to perform metal and 90% originals in a setlist.
• Located within a decent commute of Temple, TX (Waco - Austin region).

Preferred Qualification:

Prior experience performing with bands in the rock and/or country scene.

Bonus Qualification:

Ability to perform with a looper.

Other Information:

• Pay: Each performance’s pay divided among members. Minimum pay range $100-150 per show.
• Live Performances: Shows mainly in the Waco/Temple/Austin area with occasional road trips.
• Dealbreakers: Behaviors that may lead to termination from the band.
• All venues must certify a safe environment for women.
