Job Description

DissFilm is an animation studio creating comedy animations for their YouTube channel. As a 3D Artist, you will work with the creative team to bring characters, environments, and visual gags to life using Unreal Engine. Your role is crucial in enhancing the quality and humor of the animations produced.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Unreal Engine and experience with 3D modeling, texturing, and animation.

- Strong understanding of character design, rigging, and animation principles.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

- Revenue Share: You will receive a 10% share of the revenue generated from the YouTube channel’s ad revenue, sponsorships, and merchandise sales.

- Base Salary: There is no base salary, as the compensation model is primarily based on revenue sharing.
