Job Description

Deluxe Media Audio is seeking a Junior Audio Editor to assist the Audio Operations Manager with various audio editing tasks. Responsibilities include tracklaying, clean up and sync, technical QC’s, conforming audio to picture cuts, managing deliverables for clients, file management, client communication, and more.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a background in audiovisual and film production/distribution, basic knowledge of Avid Pro-Tools and Mac systems, proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, good team player, flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed, and willingness to learn new technologies and take on new responsibilities.
