Contract: Part-time

Job Description:

• Manage social media networks for KLZ, KLTT, and Legends radio, maintain post cadence and frequency
• Create engaging content including copy, graphics, videos, and audio for social media, website, and other digital platforms
• Collaborate with the Director of Digital Media to ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms
• Run giveaways and contests to drive traffic and increase followers
• Analyze social media analytics and report findings regularly
• Respond professionally to messages and comments on social media
• Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade organization’s websites
• Identify and respond to website security breaches
• Ensure website complies with all necessary laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for web design and graphics creation
• Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems, familiarity with web development languages
• Experience with performance marketing tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools
• Understanding of conversion optimization principles and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
