Job Description

Next Door Photos is seeking professional and talented Media Pros to represent the brand and deliver high-quality photography, video, aerials, 3D modeling, and more to real estate clients. This is a part-time independent contractor role with flexible hours, offering opportunities for growth and increased earnings.

Requirements

Experience photographers, videographers, and certified drone pilots are preferred, but real estate photography experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. To be successful in this role, you must:

• Interact professionally with clients and homeowners
• Arrive on time for scheduled shoots
• Dress professionally
• Upload media promptly
• Maintain a flexible schedule
• Drive to various locations
• Adhere to NDP shoot flow and standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and the Local Owner
• Obtain Part 107 certification for commercial drone operation
• Regularly receive feedback and training

Equipment List

The Media Pro position requires the following equipment to complete photography shoots:

• Digital SLR camera with wide-angle lens
• External flash
• Tripod
• Reliable transportation
• High-Speed Internet

Other Information

This role offers flexible schedules, bonus opportunities, and a pay range of $25.00 - $45.00 per hour. Candidates must be able to relocate to Loveland, CO if required and have a minimum of 2 years of photography experience. A driver’s license is mandatory, while possessing an FAA Part 107 license is preferred.
