Job Description
The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to understand business requirements, design and develop applications, write efficient code, mentor junior team members, and ensure software quality standards are met.
Requirements
Key requirements for this role include a degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of full-stack software development experience, 7+ years of experience in Java, Springboot, SQL, and Restful API development, 3+ years of experience in the banking industry, proven leadership skills, and excellent communication and coaching abilities.
