Job Description

We are looking for Freelance UX and UI designers with 5+ years of experience to contribute to our design process by creating interactive websites and apps. You will work on high-profile projects for public sector clients, such as Tourisme Québec, Princeton University, OCAD U, and the Government of Canada.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in workshops, conducting user research, and usability testing to understand client needs
• Working in a multi-disciplinary team to understand technology requirements and business objectives
• Producing personas, wireframes, mock-ups, and other design deliverables
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and latest technologies
• Presenting ideas and prototypes to clients and team members

Requirements

The ideal candidate should:

• Have 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design
• Be proficient in creating UX/UI flows, user journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Stay informed on design/industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
• Be able to generate clear ideas and concepts in collaboration with the creative team
• Have experience in conducting usability testing and presenting design solutions to clients
