Job Description
- Create strong visual layouts and graphics for collateral, and proposals using Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially InDesign.
- Collaborate with the Creative/Marketing team and Creative Director.
- Work with Traffic Manager to set priorities and ensure meeting deadlines.
- Review all work with a thorough quality control process before submitting (e.g., proofread, review original request, ensure files saved in the required manner, etc.).
Requirements
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Creative thinker with strong communication and design skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to take a basic concept and run with it.
- Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and quality-minded.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising work quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience as a graphic designer or a similar role.
- Associate degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
- Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate a computer, keyboard, and mouse. The use of a telephone headset will allow for virtual communication with team members through Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often required to sit for prolonged periods, use hands/fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls reach with hands and arms, speak, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
