Job Description

Intention.ly, a B2B marketing consultancy, is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing user interfaces, conducting user research, implementing best practices, and contributing to ongoing client projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B projects and designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or working with B2B clients is preferred.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
