App Developer is needed in Rwanda.

I’m an entrepreneur looking to hire a mid-level app developer for a personal project based in Kigali, Rwanda. The task involves the development of a ride-hailing application which includes driver and passenger Apps for both iOS and Android and an Admin panel. This will be a single job with potential for follow-up work and is targeted for long-term engagement. The delivery schedule will be decided based on the completion timeline of the project. It is worth noting that the developer’s physical presence at the location is critical for the entire duration of the project. I’m currently in the research and planning phase and open to receiving offers.
