Job Description

Reporting to the director of field marketing, the Marketing Manager role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that create relevant two-way interactions with local buyers to inform and influence their buying decisions and broader relationship with Forrester. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development of annual and quarterly plans
• Identifying optimization opportunities
• Documenting and communicating best practices
• Forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on demand activities
• Analyzing local pipeline volume, performance, and forecasts
• Developing and implementing pipeline acceleration programs
• Researching, choosing, and managing live field events

Job Requirements

The requirements for the Marketing Manager role include:

• A Bachelor’s degree or marketing qualification
• At least five years of B2B marketing experience within demand or field marketing
• Experience in collaborating and working closely with a large sales team
• Strong project management skills
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Salesforce, Eloqua, and ON24 experience is a plus
• Experience in hosting events and strong communication skills

Additional Information

• This is a temporary role with an annual base salary range of $76,000 - $124,000
• Bonus target: Not eligible for variable incentive programs
