Job Description
Reporting to the director of field marketing, the Marketing Manager role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that create relevant two-way interactions with local buyers to inform and influence their buying decisions and broader relationship with Forrester. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of annual and quarterly plans
- Identifying optimization opportunities
- Documenting and communicating best practices
- Forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on demand activities
- Analyzing local pipeline volume, performance, and forecasts
- Developing and implementing pipeline acceleration programs
- Researching, choosing, and managing live field events
Job Requirements
The requirements for the Marketing Manager role include:
- A Bachelor’s degree or marketing qualification
- At least five years of B2B marketing experience within demand or field marketing
- Experience in collaborating and working closely with a large sales team
- Strong project management skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Salesforce, Eloqua, and ON24 experience is a plus
- Experience in hosting events and strong communication skills
Additional Information
- This is a temporary role with an annual base salary range of $76,000 - $124,000
- Bonus target: Not eligible for variable incentive programs
