Our client in Cardiff is looking for a Web Content Editor to join their busy team on a temporary basis. The role involves managing, reviewing, and coordinating all content design and information on the website and intranet. The position requires fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken) and experience in managing website/intranet content and social media channels.

Requirements

Essential qualifications and skills for the role include fluency in Welsh (both written and spoken), a relevant degree or extensive professional experience in content management, knowledge of the Data Protection Act, familiarity with various content management systems and social media tools, experience in information architecture, as well as the ability to edit and produce compelling social media content.

Other responsibilities include managing metadata and information structure, monitoring website and intranet performance, producing web traffic reports, and driving editorial vision across digital platforms. The role also requires problem-solving skills, the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to high customer service standards. The role may involve working unsocial hours and occasional travel.
