Job Description

Decathlon UK is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team and help move and inspire people through the wonders of sport. As an integral part of our Property Team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts. This temporary position lasts for 9 months, giving you the opportunity to bring your creative vision to life and enhance our retail spaces to create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional experience as an Architect, Interior Designer, or CAD Technician.
• Passionate about sports and promoting an active lifestyle.
• Familiarity with internal and external safety regulations.
• Prior experience in the retail sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, or other visual design tools.
• Ability to set and adhere to deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to articulate work clearly.
• Proven capability to propose innovative solutions, take ownership of projects, and validate each stage with the project manager.
• Confident use of Google tools and management of project budgets.

Specific Requirements/Work Environment

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least three days a week in our Office in London (Surrey Quays).
