Job Description:

Plastic Wax is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to lead their team of artists and production. The role will involve overseeing projects, providing support to the Production department, managing project financials, making key business decisions, and ensuring the studio’s creative vision is aligned with client expectations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a minimum of 8 years industry experience in a Visual Effects or Animation studio
• Possess senior leadership experience and a proven track record in managing teams
• Demonstrate strong client relationship-building skills and the ability to attract and close new projects
• Be well-organized, able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, and have excellent communication skills
• Have a passion for the videogames and animation industry
