Job Description
The UX Designer II / Sr. Experience Designer will be responsible for investigating user experience design requirements, developing UI/UX design strategies, producing high-quality design solutions, testing UI elements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance on UX research methodologies. The role involves adhering to style standards, generating design solutions, and evaluating concepts based on prototypes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant work experience, knowledge of high fidelity prototyping, user-centric design experience, experience with Figma, and the ability to translate technical requirements into intuitive experiences. Desired skills include a portfolio of UX design work, willingness to travel, experience with design programs/products, enterprise applications, and tools like JIRA, Smart Sheets, and Google Suite. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or related field is required.
Location and Salary
The position is based in Miami, FL, with a negotiable salary. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement.
