Job Description

This position is for a Digital Marketing Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave in Manchester. The role involves overseeing the digital marketing strategy for a sustainability beauty brand across various channels such as D2C website, email, CRM, paid advertising, SEO, social commerce, affiliates, and PPC.

Requirements

Key responsibilities include supervising the Social Media Manager, managing website updates, conducting database communication, ensuring UX optimization, overseeing digital performance, managing agencies for PPC and Paid Social, growing the affiliate network, and producing performance reports. The ideal candidate should have experience with website and CRM management tools such as Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics, and AWIN. They should also be able to influence senior stakeholders, embrace sustainable practices, and collaborate effectively with the team.
