Job Description:

A marketing specialist is needed to work closely with the business in developing quarterly activities, promoting the employer brand, and increasing awareness and engagement through event planning and digital campaigns.

• Develop and execute internal and external events.
• Run targeted digital campaigns across web and social media.
• Work on employer branding and promoting the company culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment marketing, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in event strategy, planning, and management.
• Proficient in running successful digital campaigns across various platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with the ability to suggest new ideas and identify sponsorship opportunities.
• Available for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Other Information:
