Job Description
The role involves collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to address complex design problems, creating design solutions aligned with company goals, using design fundamentals for visually and functionally appealing products, utilizing design tools like Figma, conducting user research and testing, and continually improving the design process.
Tasks include developing a thorough understanding of products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering design concepts and documentation, and hands-on experience building patterns and components for the design system.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience, expertise in Figma and Workshop tools, be based in Bangalore, and available for an immediate start.
Other Information
The role also involves working closely with the engineering team to ensure efficient implementation, seeking feedback from team members and colleagues to improve design processes, and ensuring design solutions align with business needs.
