Job Description

SFG Productions is the production hand of the marketing department for the San Francisco Giants, creating original content for various platforms including television, web, social media, commercials, and in-game entertainment. The organization has won numerous awards for its work.

The Giants are seeking a seasonal Part-time Videographer/Editor to create social-first video content for digital and social media channels, collaborate with the Giants Marketing Department, and work closely with the Senior Cinematographer of SFG Productions and the Social Media team.

Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit digital content for social media accounts

- Capture practice and game action, deliver real-time content on game days

- Assist with gameday content creation and coverage

- Organize and catalog all footage and edits

- Stay updated on industry trends and create innovative content reflecting the Giants’ brand

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in creating consumer-facing content for social media

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects

- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong collaboration skills and flexibility to work non-standard schedules

- Experience with quick editorial turnarounds and camera operation
