Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Front End Developer to join our team. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with our development team to implement designs, optimize website performance, and ensure cross-browser compatibility. If you have a passion for coding and a strong understanding of front-end technologies, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement user interface components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages
  • Optimize website performance and ensure fast loading times
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end code
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD
  • Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3.js or Chart.js is a plus
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred
  • Experience working with databases, particularly SQLite, is a plus
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus

Other Information

This job type is a contract position with pay up to $55.00/hour. The experience level required ranges from 8 to 11+ years. Ability to relocate to Oklahoma City is required. The work location is in person.
