Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Saxophone Player to join our team. As a Saxophone Player, you will have the opportunity to showcase your musical skills and contribute to our performances.

Responsibilities:

• Perform live music on the saxophone for various events and performances
• Collaborate with other musicians and band members to create a cohesive sound
• Practice regularly to maintain and improve your saxophone skills
• Learn and memorize musical arrangements for different songs
• Adapt your playing style to fit different genres and musical styles
• Engage with the audience and create an enjoyable experience for listeners
• Attend rehearsals and actively participate in the creative process

Requirements

• Proficient or Intermediate in playing the saxophone, with a strong understanding of music theory
• Experience performing in live settings, such as concerts, gigs, or events
• Ability to read sheet music and learn new musical arrangements quickly
• Strong improvisation skills and the ability to play solos
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other musicians
• Flexibility to adapt to different musical styles and genres
• Passion for music and a desire to continuously improve your skills as a saxophone player

Other Information

• This is not a Part-Time position with the band. We are looking for saxophone players who are available for all shows and events.
• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: From $150.00 per hour
• Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities

• Work Location: On the road
