Job Description:

Our Medspa is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our social media pages. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Manage the social media calendar and schedule posts in advance
• Analyze social media data and insights to optimize performance and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong photography and video editing skills
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles
• Proficiency in using Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) as well as Canva
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Additional Information:

• This role is a 1099 position.
• Expectation of on-site filming 2x/mo and 3 social media posts per week.
• All social media work would be done remotely.
