Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with our development team to bring designs to life and ensure a seamless user experience. Some technical writing and backend data management will be required.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visually stunning website layouts using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Balsamiq
• Collaborate with the development team to implement designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Conduct user research to understand target audience needs and preferences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts
• Ensure consistent branding and visual style across all web pages
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress
• Strong knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and InDesign
• Solid understanding of typography principles and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
