Job Description

The Social Media Specialist - Cereals will be responsible for managing and growing the social media communities of Cheerios, Shredded Wheat, and Nestlé Cereals across various platforms. They will develop and deliver engaging social content to support brand objectives and drive community engagement. Additionally, they will work closely with internal teams to execute social strategies, engage with consumers, identify opportunities, manage influencers, and monitor brand reputation.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, ideally with a degree in a related field and prior work experience in social media management. They should possess strong expertise in paid, owned, and earned social media, demonstrate the ability to create innovative content, manage social communities effectively, and collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally. Familiarity with industry trends, influencer management, Adobe Creative Suite tools, and basic photography/videography skills are also desired.

Additional Information

The salary for this role can go up to £36,000, with additional benefits including a potential bonus, flexible working arrangements, and 25 days annual leave plus 12 flexible days.
