Job Description

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at a client’s end while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Understanding and designing product/software requirements
• Developing software solutions by studying information needs and systems flow
• Investigating problem areas and facilitating root cause analysis
• Collaborating with teams to convert client requirements into feasible designs
• Performing coding, testing, and software validation
• Modifying software to fix errors or improve performance
• Preparing reports on project specifications and activities
• Coordinating with the team on project progress and status
• Providing feedback on usability and serviceability
• Remaining up-to-date with best practices and new programming languages
• Documenting solutions and interactions
