Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with Lawrence and clients to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our newly established digital agency.

Duties:

• Design visually stunning website layouts using CSS, HTML, and other web design technologies
• Collaborate with Lawrence and clients for effective design and marketing solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and gather feedback for design decisions
• Optimize websites for speed and scalability
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with brand guidelines and objectives

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and other relevant web design technologies
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, WordPress, Webflow, Zapier, Flutterflow, etc.
• Experience with analytics tools for tracking website performance and user behavior
• Familiarity with SEO principles for website optimization
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Additional Information:

• Job Type: Freelance
• Pay: From $15.00 per hour
• Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
• Benefits: Flexible schedule
• Schedule: 4-hour shift, 8-hour shift, Choose your own hours, On-call
