Job Description

Acara Solutions is seeking a temporary Social Media Manager for a Fortune 500 Bank headquartered out of Buffalo, NY! This is a 3-month temporary position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 1st shift, and 100% remote work. The pay is $40.00/HR.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution and delivery of digital customer marketing campaigns and programs in support of business objectives.
• Provide input and assist in the execution of marketing and communication campaign projects.
• Support the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns in authenticated and mobile app spaces.
• Design and implement test plans to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Analyze results of marketing campaigns and make recommendations based on effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed channel documentation including procedures manuals, project requirements, and campaign calendars.
• Explore opportunities to improve processes and controls to mitigate risks.

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment, or a combined 6 years of education and work experience.
• In-depth understanding of how users interact with digital media, online, and mobile user behavior.
• Experience with Sprinklr and AEM is required.
