Job Description

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio to create various documents, presentations, diagrams, and infographics. They must have the ability to adhere to departmental style guides and produce technical and business documentation, communicate complex information clearly, collaborate with specialists, and create training materials. Additionally, they should be able to design and implement software solutions using specified technologies and tools like CA GEN and IET GuardIEn. Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and a commitment to quality outcomes are essential for this role.

Requirements
