Job Description:

The UI designer will work within the Creative Team and collaborate with the Web Team, reporting to the Creative Director. They should be able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include creating high fidelity prototypes, designing UI elements, presenting prototypes to clients, and collaborating with the Web Team for implementation.

Requirements:

Needed knowledge, skills, and abilities include artistic ability, proven graphic design experience, expertise in design systems, proficiency in data analysis for data-driven UI, a user research background, and the ability to empathize with end-users. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML5, CSS3, accessibility tools like WAVE and ANDI, Google Analytics, WordPress, Bootstrap 4 & 5, and collaboration tools like Slack and Wrike is required. Creativity, time-management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential.
