Job Description:
The social media manager will lead organic content development for Optima Academy Online on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Responsibilities include developing social media strategies, curating compelling content, managing day-to-day activities, staying informed about industry trends, collaborating with the marketing team, and analyzing metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of social creative trends and emerging social channels
- Experience in creating social media strategies
- Familiarity with best practices for various social media platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Portfolio or examples of previous social media work demonstrating creativity and success (optional but desirable)
