Job Description

Lead Animator required to join a game development studio located in Denmark. The studio specializes in old school action and strategy games, with a new AAA title based on a cult classic currently in development. The role involves leading a team of animators, creating high-quality animations using keyframe and motion capture, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the best possible gameplay solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ professional game development experience
• Experience mentoring team members
• Strong keyframing and motion capture manipulation skills
• A passion for animation and a strong understanding of animation principles
• Organized with good communication skills
• Collaborative team player
