Job Description

The Future Factory is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee and deliver European events. The ideal candidate should be passionate, adaptable, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. They must excel in organization, communication, and have a proven track record in managing high-level corporate events.

Requirements

• Degree in Event Management/Marketing, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Minimum of 5 years managing corporate events end-to-end
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Interest in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Innovation
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in planning and executing global events
• Confident public speaker and able to engage with C-level executives

Additional Information

The Event Manager will be responsible for end-to-end event cycles, budget management, vendor relations, and speaker management. They need to have an inquisitive mind, excellent writing skills, and the ability to handle key stakeholder communications. The role requires overseeing all aspects of event planning, from project management to delegate management and vendor negotiation.
