Job Description

Lake State Media, an innovative real estate media company in Oakland County, Michigan, is seeking part-time photographers with a passion for capturing top-notch real estate photos and videos. The role involves driving to various sites in Metro Detroit, engaging with clients, and delivering high-quality media services including photo, video, drone, and 3D tours. The position requires building client relationships, overseeing projects from start to finish, maintaining brand consistency, and managing equipment.

Requirements

- At least 1-2 years of experience in photography or videography

- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience

- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients

- Detail-oriented with a focus on capturing the perfect shot

- Professional, dependable, and able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Valid state driver’s license

- Availability for 15-30 hours per week with flexibility for Saturdays and evenings when needed

Other Information

• Bonus points for experience with a 3-axis gimbal, directing video shoots, FAA part 107 drone license, or wedding videography.
• Competitive pay ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, with opportunities for growth and continuous training provided.
• All necessary gear is provided, including Sony Mirrorless cameras, DJI drones, and gimbals.
