Job Description
We are looking for a professional, personable, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer at Vista, a leading private aviation group. The role involves managing the executive’s diary, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, producing documents and reports, handling communications, and assisting with expenses and accounting-related tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience providing dedicated EA support to a senior professional. - Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience with SalesForce, SoftCo, or Success Factors is advantageous. - Proactive, dynamic, and solutions-focused attitude. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations. - Willingness to be available for urgent requests out-of-hours.
