Job Description
Qualtrics is seeking a UX Designer II in Seattle to help build exceptional frontline experiences, high-performing teams, and products that people love. As part of the UX team, you will play a key role in envisioning and creating innovative user experiences that scale across various platforms.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an information architect, user experience, or interaction designer.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields; Master’s preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in shipping and maintaining multiple products with an online portfolio showcasing work and design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Invision; knowledge of tools like Github and Jira preferred.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with web accessibility principles and designing for accessibility.
