Location: Bakersfield, CA

Contract: Part-time, Full-time, Internship

Job Description

A Creative Specialist (CS) at Illuminate Photography, Inc. is responsible for in-field production of real estate marketing solutions through photography, videography, 3D scanning, aerial drone operation, and file management. They ensure client satisfaction while embodying the company’s aesthetic standards and values. Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Complete on-site photo, video, drone, and 3D services for clients
  • Upload footage and share field notes with team
  • Determine creative solutions for services
  • Travel to and from shoots promptly
  • Communicate vision and expectations to clients
  • Maintain company equipment and calendar
  • Oversee listing solutions from start to finish
  • Communicate consistently across departments
  • Participate in training and offer on-site solutions consultations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in photography, videography, and drone operation
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Experience in Real Estate or customer service/marketing/sales
  • Creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, file management knowledge

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years of professional or independent creative contracting work

Requirements

  • Physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive motions, and standing/walking for extended periods
  • Driving occasionally 300+ miles within a week

Additional Information

  • Work location is on the road
  • Part-time internship role with potential for full-time
  • Standard operating hours from 8:30 AM to 8 PM PST, including weekends
