Job Description

This position is for a Graphic Designer at Coventry University Students’ Union working 22.5 hours per week. The role involves creating high-quality design work across various disciplines, both digital and print-ready. The designer will collaborate with internal and external clients to produce engaging designs, ensure brand guidelines are followed, and maintain a production schedule to meet deadlines.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Lightroom is essential. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Adobe XD for web design is advantageous. Previous experience in client communication, print production, and a diverse design portfolio are required.

Location and Salary

The role offers a salary range of £25,742 - £28,759 per year, pro-rata for part-time work. It allows for hybrid or fully remote working arrangements with occasional travel to the Coventry office.
