The role involves driving and delivering product development in partnership with key customers, identifying opportunities for range expansions and new products, managing customer relationships, and considering commercial and technical aspects throughout the development process.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have experience in an NPD role in the food industry, demonstrating ownership and autonomy in the development process from concept to launch. They should be passionate about food, well-versed in current food trends, and have a track record of bringing products to market while working closely with customers. A breadth of product knowledge and the ability to work under their own initiative is crucial.
