Job Description
We are seeking a UI/UX designer to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, experience in creating design systems, and the ability to convert business requirements into prototypes and wireframes. This role also involves presenting designs, conducting user testing, and developing user personas and usage scenarios.
Requirements
- Experience in UI and UX design (1 year preferred)
- Proficiency in Sketch and other design tools
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work on both low and high fidelity prototypes
- Knowledge of sitemaps, screen flows, and component definition
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Ability to conduct usability testing
- Willingness to relocate to Austin, TX 78701

- Job Types: Full-time, Contract
- Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
- Compensation package: 1099 contract
- Schedule: 8 hour shift
- Work Location: In person
