Job Description
This role is for a data engineer in the Resource Management Dashboard team. The responsibilities include leading the data engineering strand, developing data engineering in MS SQL Server, working with Power BI developers, supporting testing, optimizing data structures, and working in an agile manner using Azure DevOps.
Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- Building and managing databases in Azure SQL Server
- Creating and amending stored procedures and functions
- Processing and shaping data into summarised values
- Building for performance at scale
- Data table relationship management best practices
- Getting the most out of SQL Server data and structures
Desirable Skills:
- Working with Azure Data Factory and Azure Analytical Services
