Job Description

We are seeking a Live streamer/content creator to join our team and support our company’s Social commerce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting engaging live streaming sessions to promote and demonstrate various products or services. They collaborate with marketing teams and product managers to understand key selling points, create compelling content, and drive platform growth.

• Host live streaming sessions to promote and demonstrate various products to online audiences.
• Create and propose an engaging and entertaining live show format to capture viewers’ attention and maintain their interest.
• Research on live show mechanics such as promotions, games, and live show formats.
• Involve in broadcast/live stream process, including scheduling, planning, marketing, and training.
• Answer questions from viewers regarding the products, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Work closely with live team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the primary selling points and develop content strategies to drive platform growth.
• Engage with viewers in real-time, addressing comments, feedback, and inquiries during the live stream.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and market developments to provide accurate and relevant information to viewers.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong on-camera presence and the ability to engage and connect with an online audience.
• Charismatic and energetic personality, capable of maintaining enthusiasm throughout the live stream.
• Proficient in using live streaming platforms, such as TikTok Live and Shopee Live (Bonus).
• Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations or questions during live streams.
• Flexibility in working hours, as live streams may occur during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to promote and drive engagement for live streams.
