Job Description

The Marketing Manager at Saward Team will be responsible for leading marketing efforts, working closely with the Team Lead to develop cross-platform marketing, liaising with vendors, developing creative briefs, analyzing marketing impact, staying updated on trends, and creating educational opportunities and marketing workshops.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 2+ years of marketing experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in various tools like Microsoft Office and Google AdWords, project management abilities, and experience in real estate marketing preferred.

Physical Demands

Travel
