Job Description:

• Edit and publish 7-10 new blog articles on Wordpress each week
• Collaborate with in-house editorial content writer and freelance contributors to refine articles
• Conduct fact-checking and maintain accuracy in content
• Implement SEO best practices in articles
• Source images to enhance article content
• Manage content calendars and timelines for timely publication
• Format and post articles on WordPress for optimal readability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Media/Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of professional editing experience for online publications
• Strong copy editing skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of SEO strategies and familiarity with SEO tools
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and WordPress
• Experience with project management tools like Monday.com

• Compensation ranges from $30.00-$50.00 per hour
