Job Description

CoEfficient Labs is seeking a passionate and talented Motion Designer contractor to join their Creative Team. The focus will be on creating eye-catching short-form video ads for various social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver 2-4 new short-form video ads each week.
• Collaborate with the creative director and copywriter to develop content that aligns with social media trends and client’s needs.
• Stay updated on social media ad strategies and practices for impactful content creation.

Requirements

• Creative and Strategic mindset for visually compelling content aligned with marketing goals.
• Efficient, detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
• Awareness of current social media advertising trends and tools like Adobe After Effects.

Other Information

• Nice to Haves / Bonus Points:
• Proven experience in motion design, especially in creating video ads for social media.
• Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Experience in remote work and efficient task management.
