Job Description
The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager leads marketing initiatives on social media platforms and manages influencer marketing programs to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business goals. Responsibilities include developing social media strategies, managing influencer relationships, creating content, and executing marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, film, communications, or related field
- 2 years experience in social media marketing, marketing, and 1 year in influencer marketing preferred
- Proficiency in social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for plant-based foods and sustainable lifestyle
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Other Information
Location: Oakland, California, with remote working options
Schedule: 20-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with limited weekend events
