Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Manager at Redgate, you will be responsible for driving the organic social media strategy aligned with business priorities. You will collaborate with marketing peers and stakeholders to execute social media plans, act as an advocate for social media across the organization, provide input on campaign tactics, and use data to continually optimize strategies.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have marketing experience in a B2B organization, preferably in the software industry, with a proven track record of defining and executing social media strategies. Proficiency in social media management tools like Sprout Social, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential. Experience in budget management, adaptability to ambiguous projects, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead change independently are also desired.

• Salary of £45k-£50k depending on experience
• 12-month fixed-term contract with 40 hours per week
