Job Description

Do you dream of creating epic graphic art? Do you want to join one of the most exciting and award-winning gaming studios? My client is looking for a talented and experienced artist to help create characters for current and future games. Reporting to the Lead Character Artist, you will contribute on matters relating to character art, and help to drive the quality of the project forward.

Requirements

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating a variety of character art pieces, including both stylized and realistic designs.
• Full understanding of character creation process – Modeling/Sculpting/Texturing/Material setup/Editor integration.
• Experience using industry-standard content-creation software (Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter, etc).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Strong eye for quality.
• Excellent artistic ability.
• Technical skills are a plus.
• Experience in giving feedback to outsourcers is a plus.

Additional Information

• CONTRACT: £30,000 - £40,000 annual salary (with flex)
• Remote/Hybrid Working
• Initial 18 Month contract
